1 cube butter
½ c sugar
2 packages ramen noodles, crushed to chunks
¼ c sesame seeds
½ c sliced or slivered almonds
dash vanilla
In a saucepan, melt together butter and sugar.
Add ramen noodles, sesame seeds, and almonds.
Cook, stirring, until mixture begins to brown.
Remove from heat, add a dash of vanilla.
Either stir frequently as it cools, or turn out on waxed paper and let cool.
Add to salad after cooled.
