10 oz frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ c sharp processed American cheese, shredded
¼ c milk
1 c mayonnaise
1 beaten egg
¼ c dry bread crumbs
1 T melted butter or margarine
Cook frozen broccoli according to directions, omitting salt if called for.
Drain thoroughly.
Place broccoli cuts in 10x6x1½ in. baking dish.
Stir together soup, and shredded cheese.
Gradually add milk, mayonnaise, and beaten eggs to the soup mixture, stirring until well blended.
Pour over broccoli in the baking dish.
Combine bread crumbs and melted butter, sprinkle evenly over the soup mixture.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, ‘till brown.
