1 package lemon velvet cake mix
1 package lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
¾ c Mazola oil
¾ c water
Glaze:
2 c powdered sugar
⅓ c lemon juice
2 T Mazola oil
Combine above ingredients and beat 10 mins.
Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 340 for 40 minutes.
Mix all ingredients for the glaze until smooth.
After cake is done, cool 5 minutes, then prick all over with fork
Ice with glaze.
