3 medium ripe avocados
2 T lemon juice
½ t salt
¼ t pepper
1 ½ c sour cream
1 package taco mix
1 can (30 oz) spicy refried beans
1 bunch chopped green onions
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 cans (3 ½ oz) chopped olives
8 oz cheddar cheese, grated
Spread beans in 9x12 dish.
Top with avocado.
Combine sour cream and taco mix.
Layer sour cream mixture on avocado.
Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, olives, and cheese.
Serve chilled with chips.
