5 large peaches, divided
cooked pie shell
½ c sugar
3 T cornstarch
½ c water
½ t almond
2 T butter
whipped cream
Slice 3 peaches into cooked pie shell.
Mash 2 peaches
Add sugar, cornstarch, and water.
Cook to boil, then add almond and butter.
Pour over peaches.
Chill.
Serve with whipped cream.
