1 package yellow cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding (or yellow cake mix with pudding in cake already)
4 eggs
¾ c oil
¾ c dry sherry wine (can substitute for water, ginger ale, or 7-up)
1 t nutmeg
Topping:
½ c brown sugar
½ c chopped walnuts
½ t cinnamon
Mix all together, beat on medium speed for about 5 mins.
In another bowl mix topping.
Grease and flour an angel food cake pan.
Pour in ½ of batter.
Sprinkle on ½ of brown sugar mixture.
Pour in rest of batter.
Sprinkle mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins. Test middle for done.
