3 T butter
½ c flour
1/8 t salt
1 T sugar
½ t vanilla
¼ c milk
3 eggs
Melt butter in 8x8 pan.
Mix flour, salt, sugar, vanilla, and milk in a bowl.
Beat in eggs one at a time. Fairly thick consistency.
Pour batter into butter.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425.
Karla’s variation: Batter only has: 6 eggs, 1 c flour, 1 c milk, dash of salt. Prepared the same way. Bake for 20 mins at 400.
