1 ½ c semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c flour
1 t vanilla extract
½ c powdered sugar
1 c softened butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat butter in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Sift in the powdered sugar and beat for 1 min until completely blended.
Stir in the vanilla.
Fold in the flour with a wooden spoon. Once there are no more dry streaks, stir in the chocolate chips.
Take dough and roll into 1-1 ½ in balls.
Place evenly on baking sheet. The cookies do not spread very much, so you can put several on a sheet.
Bake for 10-14 mins or until set with a light golden brown on the bottom.
Let cool for 2 mins on baking sheet and then transfer to a rack to finish cooling.
