1 and a half cups of warm water
1 pack of active dry yeast (2 and ¼ teaspoons or ¾ of an ounce)
3 and a half cups of bread flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 and a half teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
Pour the water into a mixing bowl. Add yeast. Let it stand for a few minutes to dissolve. The yeast will likely won't dissolve completely on its own but you can stir it after a few minutes to help it finish up.
Slowly beat in the flour, olive oil, salt and sugar with a blender. This will take anywhere from five to ten minutes depending on the power of the blender and the thickness of the dough.
Once the dough has reached a thick and uniform consistency, remove it from your mixing bowl and add it to a bowl with a teaspoon full of olive oil on the bottom.
Roll the ball of dough around to coat it with oil and then cover it with plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise, minimum 30 minutes up to 4 hours. The longer it rises the fluffier it will be.
Dough is now ready to be made into a pizza.
**Roll your crusts out very thin or you will have a (delicious) mouthful of dough with every bite!
