16 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 c heavy whipping cream
1 egg
Put chopped chocolate in a blender and add egg.
Heat whipping cream in microwave until 180 degrees.
Pour whipping cream over chocolate and egg, blend until smooth.
Pour into ramekins and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
