1 stick butter (must be butter)
¾ c sugar
1 sq chocolate, melted
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
1 pie shell
toasted, chopped almonds
1 c cream, whipped
Cream butter with electric mixer, add sugar, melted chocolate, vanilla, and beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating 3 minutes after each addition (½ the time if doubling the recipe).
Pour into shell.
Top with whipped cream.
Chill for 3 hours.
Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
