Bottom layer:
1 pkg Oreos, crushed up (reserve about 3 T)
1 stick butter, melted
Middle layer:
1 pint whipping cream
2 eggs
2 c chocolate chips
¼ c sugar
¼ t salt
2 t vanilla
Top layer:
1 pint whipping cream
⅓ c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
Mix Layer #1 ingredients and press onto bottom of 9x13 pan
Stir Layer #2 whipping cream and eggs constantly over medium heat and bring to gentle boil.
In a blender put Layer #2 chocolate chips, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Pour whipping cream mixture through a strainer into the blender.
Blend until mixed.
Pour onto Layer #1 Oreo crust.
Refrigerate until firm.
Whip Layer #3 ingredients until firm.
Spread on top of chocolate and sprinkle with reserved Oreos.
Keep in refrigerator.
