1 box yellow cake mix
¼ c canola oil
1 egg, beaten
½ c milk
1-2 T rainbow sprinkles
¾ c white chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350.
Combine the cake mix and the oil and egg in a large bowl.
Add the milk slowly just until the batter is combined; you want it to remain as dense as possible.
Mix in white chocolate chips.
Place batter in a greased 9x9 square pan.
Sprinkle on rainbow sprinkles.
Bake for 30 mins or just until the edges turn golden.
Let cool for 20 mins before cutting because the gooey center needs to set. The result will be a decadent cake-batter texture.
