2 c sugar
4 eggs
1 ½ c oil
1 ½ c canned pumpkin
2 c flour
1 t salt
2 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
½ c butter
1 t vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar
Blend sugar, eggs, oil, and pumpkin.
Add the rest.
Pour into greased and floured pan (bundt or 9x13).
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Make frosting: Cream together cream cheese, butter, and vanilla.
Add powdered sugar.
Beat smooth.
Frost when cake is cooled.
