Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 T vanilla

• 1 angel food cake

• 12 oz chocolate chips

• 4 eggs, separated

• 4 T sugar

• 1 pint whipping cream

• pecans

Preparation

1. Butter 9x13 pan.

2. Melt chocolate and set aside to cool.

3. Add sugar and egg yolk mixture and blend.

4. Add 1 T vanilla.

5. Whip cream.

6. Beat egg whites.

7. Fold into chocolate mixture and blend.

8. Tear up cake.

9. Layer: ½ cake, chocolate sauce/pecans, cake, chocolate sauce/pecans.

10. Put in fridge.
