1 stick butter
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 t vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 large can Hershey’s chocolate syrup
1 c flour
½ t baking powder
Topping:
1 c sugar
1 stick margarine
⅓ c canned milk
½ c chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugar. Add the rest!
Bake in 9x13 for 30 min at 350 degrees.
Stir and boil topping ingredients.
Bring to a boil for 1 min.
Add chocolate chips and heat until melted.
Pour topping on hot cake.
