2 c. flour
1 c. oats
2 c. coconut
1 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 c shortening
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
2 c. chocolate chips
Mix flour, oats, coconut, salt, baking powder and salt
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Bake at 365 for 11 mins. You could try 375 for 9 or 10 mins.
