1 c water
1 c orange juice
2 T cornstarch
¾ c sugar
1-3 oz package peach gelatin
4 c sliced peaches
2 ½ c graham cracker crumbs
6 T powdered sugar
½ c butter, softened
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
12 oz package whipped topping, thawed
½ c powdered sugar
Boil together water, orange juice, cornstarch and sugar until thickened.
Add gelatin, set until chilled. Add fresh peaches.
Make graham cracker crust. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 6 T powdered sugar, and butter.
Put half of crust mixture on bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Spread partially set peach mixture on top of crust.
Fold together cream cheese, whipped topping, and ½ c powdered sugar.
Put whipped topping mixture over peach mixture when it is set.
Cover with remaining graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate until served.
