Puffs:
1 c water
1 cube butter
1 cup flour
4 room temp eggs
Filling:
2 c broken shrimp
3 packages 8 oz cream cheese
2 T mayonnaise
Add to taste:
Parsley flakes (1/4 c)
Salt & Pepper
Garlic powder
Fresh green onion, cut up
Worcestershire sauce (1 T)
Accent
Bring water and butter to a boil.
Add flour and eggs - 1 at a time.
Beat with a wooden spoon. (YOU MUST USE A WOODEN SPOON!) The longer you beat, the lighter they are.
Drop ½ tsp on an ungreased cookie sheet. They double in size.
Bake at 350 for 15 mins or 300 for 20 mins.
Mix all ingredients of filling together in a bowl.
Once puffs are cooled, cut off top and fill!
