Peanut Brittle

Ingredients

• 1 c white Karo syrup

• 1 c water

• 2 c sugar

• 2 cups raw peanuts

• 1 t butter

• 1 t soda

Preparation

1. Boil Karo, water, and sugar until a ball dropped in cold water forms a hard ball.

2. Add peanuts and butter.

3. Cook until it makes a honey color.

4. Remove from stove.

5. Stir in soda.

6. Spread in a greased cookie sheet to harden.

7. Break apart, serve!
