Snowballs

Ingredients

• ¾ c butter, room temperature

• 1 t vanilla

• 1 T water

• ⅛ t salt

• ⅓ c sugar

• 1 ½ c flour

• 1 c chocolate chips

• 1 c pecans

• Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation

1. Cream butter, vanilla, water, sugar, and salt.

2. Add flour and mix well.

3. Stir in chocolate and nuts.

4. Form into 1 inch balls.

5. Bake at 350 for 20 mins.

6. Cool for a few minutes.

7. Roll in powdered sugar (or “make it snow” on top of them) while still warm.
