3 c strawberries
⅓ c sugar
1 c cottage cheese
1 c sour cream
½ c powdered sugar
10-12 crepes
Slice strawberries; add sugar and set aside.
In blender, whip cottage cheese til smooth; stir in sour cream & powdered sugar.
Fill crepes ⅔ full of creamy mixture and berries, fold over.
Top with remaining berries and cream.
