1 scoop protein powder

½ tsp. vanilla
¾ cup Multi-grain Cheerios
½ cup skim milk
1 T cocoa
⅛ tsp mint extract
Blend all together to create smoothie.
Cereal can be stirred in for a bit of crunch if desired. I prefer it all blended together. Don't over-do the mint - it is strong!!!!!
