3 c flour
1 ¼ c Crisco
1 t salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
5 T water
1 T vinegar
Cut Crisco into flour and salt until size of small peas.
Blend egg, water, and vinegar; add to the flour mixture.
Divide into three balls.
Roll out on floured board.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 mins.
Yield: 3 crusts
