1 scoop protein powder
½ T plain cocoa powder
4 large frozen strawberries

⅓ cup multi-grain cold cereal (like Kashi Heart to Heart)
½ cup low fat cottage cheese
Blend all ingredients in a blender and drink up
I add a bit of ice and water too! Can stir cereal in after blending if you want a bit of crunch - I prefer to blend it all together.
