¾ c unsalted butter, softened
¾ c brown sugar
¼ c sugar
1 egg
2 t vanilla extract
2 c all-purpose flour
2 t cornstarch
1 t baking soda
½ t salt
1 c milk chocolate chips
1 c Kraft caramel bits
½ c crushed pretzels
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla and blend in salt.
Stir in chocolate chips, caramel bits, and crushed pretzels.
Using a standard size cookie scoop, or tablespoon, drop dough onto a prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle the tops with salt.
Bake for 8-10 mins until barely golden brown around the edges.
Let cool, on the sheet, for 5 mins.
Remove and place on wire rack to cool.
