2 eggs
4 packages cream cheese (or 2 large & 1 pint sour cream)
Fresh squeezed lemon
¾ c sugar
2 T vanilla
3 t lemon
Graham cracker crust:
16 graham crackers
¾ c melted butter
¼ c sugar
Glaze:
1 pt sour cream
3 T sugar
2 t lemon
Beat cheese after softening; add sugar, vanilla, and lemon.
Bake in graham cracker crust for 15 minutes.
Let stand 5 mins.
Mix glaze ingredients together, add to top.
Bake 15 minutes more.
