Crust:
3 c graham cracker crumbs
1 c sugar
2 sticks melted butter
Filling:
2-8z packages cream cheese
2 eggs
1 c sugar
¼ c flour
1 package mini Rolos
Glaze:
1 stick butter
6 oz chocolate chips
4 t light corn syrup
Stir together all crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 pan lined with non-stick foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 mins and cool.
Beat all filling ingredients until smooth.
Add one package of mini Rolos (the wrapped ones) and pour onto the cool crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins.
Let cool and glaze.
To make glaze, melt butter and chocolate chips in the microwave.
Stir until smooth and add corn syrup.
Pour smoothly on bars and chill overnight. Cut with a big knife! I added chocolate drizzle and a half of Rolo on top! Enjoy!
