2 cubes melted butter
2 T dissolved yeast in 2½ c warm water
4 eggs
¾ c sugar
2 T salt
7 ½ c flour
Dissolve yeast in water.
Melt butter in microwave.
Beat 4 eggs, add to butter. Can use bread maker or whisk.
Add yeast and water to that.
Add all liquid ingredients, keep whisking.
Add ¾ c sugar, flour and salt. Keep mixing until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate all night (at least 6 hours).
Separate dough into 3 balls. Roll out dough on floured surface in a circle shape.
Cut into 16ths and roll up from the wide end. (You can melt some butter and spread it on the dough before rolling it up.)
Place on a greased pan, cover with a towel.
Rise about 3- 3 ½ hours.
Bake at 10-15 mins at 375.
You can also make cinnamon rolls. Instead of rolling into circles, roll it into a rectangle and over with a mixture of melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar.
