Crust:
1 c flour
⅓ c brown sugar
½ c nuts (pecans)
⅓ c melted margarine
Filling:
2 egg whites
⅔ c sugar
1 package partially thawed strawberries
2 T lemon juice
1 c whipping cream, whipped
Stir together crust and spread in pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 mins, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with ⅔ c mixture in 9x 13 pan and cool.
Combine egg whites, sugar, berries, and lemon juice in bowl.
Beat until stiff (10 mins).
Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon over crumbs.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Freeze.
