1 ¼ scoops protein powder
¼ cup low fat plain almond milk
⅓ cup plain canned pumpkin
1 T cocoa powder
⅓ cup oats
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Stevia
Blend all ingredients together with ½ cup water and ice to desired shake consistency.
