2 lbs. flank steak
Garlic salt or Accent salt
Salt & pepper
Razor-sharp knife
Tinfoil for lining oven floor
Skin membrane tissue from meat.
Slice down across grain.
Place slices on counter tops and season.
Pound seasonings into meat with fist or any heavy object.
Turn slices over, re-season, and re-pound.
Lay slices across racks of oven, letting ends hang down.
Cook about 10-12 hours at 120 degrees, leaving oven door open slightly.
