4 eggs
3 c sugar
2 sq melted chocolate
2 large cans evaporated milk
1 qt whip cream
1 ⅓ c milk
⅓ t salt
2 T vanilla
5 ⅓ oz almonds, toasted, salted, and blended
Beat eggs until thick and beat in part of sugar.
Fold in chocolate.
Add remaining ingredients, except nuts.
Freeze until it starts to harden, add nuts.
To toast almonds, mix with enough salad oil to just coat them all, spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees, watch closely. Salt, chop, or blend.
